1. Acceptance of Terms

This website is owned and operated by CHAISHQ India LLP ("CHAISHQ", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing our website or buying our products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Return and Replacement Policy and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and Descriptions

We sell packaged chai patti, including Elaichi, Masala and Rose varieties, and related products such as gift boxes. We try to display colours, images and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and natural variation in tea. Product packaging and labels may change without notice.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We may change prices, offers and discounts at any time without notice. The price at the time of your order will apply.

• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. We are not responsible for failures or delays on the part of banks or payment providers.

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or stock unavailability. In such cases, any amount already paid will be returned to the original payment method.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Cancellation requests before shipping may be made by emailing contact@chaishq.com.

6. Returns and Replacements

All returns and replacements are governed by our Return and Replacement Policy. We do not offer refunds except as stated in these terms.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

8. Food Safety and Usage

Our products are intended for use as tea. Please store the tea in a cool, dry place, away from moisture and direct sunlight, and keep the pouch tightly sealed after opening. Please read the ingredients on the label before consuming. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, you are responsible for checking the ingredients before use. Always check the batch number and expiry date on the pack.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the name CHAISHQ, logo, label designs, images, text, videos and graphics, is the property of CHAISHQ India LLP and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, provide false information, or interfere with the working of the website.

11. Reviews and User Content

If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant CHAISHQ a free, non-exclusive right to use, display and share that content for promotional purposes. You confirm that the content is yours and does not violate anyone's rights. We may remove any content that we consider inappropriate.
